I am interested in hiring Flamenco Pasión, but don't know how many performers I should have. Can you help?

We would normally recommend 1/2 dancers and a guitarist for a small venue, complimented by more dancers, a singer and cajón player for larger events.

I would like to book a large show, but I don't know much about staging requirements. Can you help?

Flamenco heard to best effect on a raised wood (or wood-type) stage. We are happy to advise on sound and staging issues, and can supply custom lighting plans on request (.ai format)

I only want a small show, and can't provide any amplification. Can you provide this?

For small venues (small halls, private parties etc.) we can provide the amplification and mics ourselves.

Why are your current prices not advertised?

Each event is costed individually, and prices are dependant on type of event, venue, location, and length of show.

I am an agent, but I have lost my login/password. Can you help?

On the login page is a "Forget your password?" field where you may retrieve your login via email.

 

I note you are based in London. Will you travel all the way to our school?

We travel to schools all over the UK, but for long travel distances, we would expect you to cover the cost of overnight accommodation.

I am arranging a Spanish Day for my school/college. Can you help?

We offer a full range of options from "assembly" demonstrations to workshops, talks and shows, all specifically tailored to age-range and Key Stage.

What about our legal requirements and obligations when hiring you?

A CRO Disclosure document can be supplied on request. Risk assessments in compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974; The Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999; [Statutory Instrument 1999 No. 3242] can also be provided if required.

 

How long will I have to wait to get my skirt?

All skirts are made to order, and fitted in around performance commitments. Skirts can normally be dispached within two weeks of receipt of cleared funds, but if you have a specific deadline, let me know!

Which colours are available?

I will do my best to source your choice of colour, and make regular trips to Spain for traditional material. Contact me to find out which colours I currently have in stock.

You say each skirt is made-to-measure, but what measurments do you need?

I will need the following measurements from you (in cm): 1. Waist; 2. Hips; 3. Waist to ankle-bone.

What payments are required, and when?

I require full payment in advance of making the skirt, please. Postage and packing is £5 for UK First Class Parcel (or £8 for UK Recorded Delivery). Overseas shipping tariff on request. Payments may be made by PayPal or personal cheque.
